    Magnolia Cranberry Bread Pudding

    Serves 6 to 8

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups fresh bread crumbs (1 pound loaf bread)

    1 cup butter

    1 cup sugar

    4 eggs

    4 cups milk

    1 teaspoon nutmeg

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/2 cup dried cranberries

    Recipe



    Combine bread crumbs, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon in a food processor or bowl into a cake dough texture.

    • Once dough is soft and moist, add dried cranberries. Place in a greased 9-by-13 inch baking pan.

    • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove, let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
