Cake
3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Cups Plain Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Stick of Butter, Melted
1 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Canned Evaporated Milk

Topping
1/2 Stick Butter, Melted
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

Recipe



* In a large bowl use a mixer to beat the eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Add milk and sugar and continue to mix. Slowly add 1 stick of melted butter and continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
* Pour mixture into well greased and floured 9 X 13 pan.
* Add topping by pouring 1/2 stick of melted butter over the top of the cake batter, then sprinkle on both sugars and the cinnamon.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

Tips
* Check the cake at 25 minutes to see if it is set -- don't overbake or it will be dry -- and don't add extra butter or it will not bake correctly.
