Pre-heat a pizza stone in a 450-degree oven. Roll out the pizza dough on the counter to about 12-14 inches round. After sprinkling corn meal on the pizza stone to prevent sticking, put the dough on the pizza stone and coat the dough with a tablespoon of melted butter. Spread a cup of fresh Raspberries on the dough, and sprinkle a teaspoon of ground ginger over the entire pizza. Cover with the crumble (made from three tablespoons of diced cold butter, ¾ cup of flour, ¼ cup of brown sugar, and two tablespoons of oat meal – press the butter into the flour with your hands until it has the consistency of coarse breadcrumbs and then add the brown sugar and oatmeal to the mix - but you can make your own). Put the Raspberry pizza into a 450-degree oven for about 10 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream.
