3 3/4 ounces gelatin powder -- lemon flavor
3 3/4 ounces gelatin powder -- orange-cherry flavor
1 small can crushed pineapple -- undrained
1 package miniature marshmallow
===SAUCE ===
1 cup pineapple juice
4 ounces cream cheese -- fat-free
1 whole egg yolk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons flour
2 whole banana -- sliced
8 ounces Cool Whip Free



Recipe



Combine 2 cups hot water with jello. Stir until mixture dissolves. Add 1 1/2 cup cold water. Stir in pineapple and marshmallows. Mix well and chill until set.

Combine pineapple juice, egg yolk and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved. Cool and spread over Jello mixture. Slice bananas (dip each into lemon juice to prevent turning brown) over sauce and cover with Cool Whip Free.
