List of Ingredients
3 T of butter
3 T of brown sugar
1 banana
1/4 cup pineapple
2 T coconut
Barcardi rum
Angel Food cake
Vanilla ice cream.Recipe
Set saute pan on medium high. Melt butter, then add brown sugar. Wait for brown sugar and butter to incorporate and caramelize. Then add banana, pineapple, and coconut. Toss to coat. Deglaze with rum, light on fire, and toss to coat. When flames die down, pour over fresh angel food cake and vanilla ice cream.
