    The Baker's Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    6 cups Cinnamon Raisin Bread, cubed
    3 cups milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup raisins

    Recipe

    Beat eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla, and nutmeg with a fork until blended. Add nuts and raisins. Pour mixture over bread and let sit for 15 minutes. Pour into an oven-proof baking dish set in a pan of hot water. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Pudding can be served at room temperature or cold with a dollop of fresh whipped cream
