Toffee Strawberries

10 large strawberries, hulled
150g/5oz caster sugarRecipe
1. Place a piece of Teflon on a flat plate or baking sheet.
2. Sprinkle the sugar over the base of a clean small sauté pan.
3. Gently melt the sugar until it turns caramel in colour.
4. Using a cocktail stick, dip each strawberry in the toffee, then place on the Teflon to set.
5. Serve.
Serves 10.
