    List of Ingredients




    1 cup heavy cream
    3 cups milk
    12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup brown sugar
    3 ounces butter
    4 eggs
    3 yolks

    Recipe



    Combine milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
    Pour over chocolate and butter. Mix until melted and smooth. Temper
    into eggs and yolks. Cool over ice bath.
