4 eggs -- boiled
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Recipe
Hard boil the eggs; peel, chip up the whites and crumble the yolks.
Combine the butter, Milk and cornstarch and cook until thick and add
chipped up egg whites. Mash up yolks and serve separately. Serve over
toast or biscuits
Yield: 2 servings
