Macaroni With Bacon
List of Ingredients
* 10 Ounces Elbow Macaroni -- Cooked
* 1 Pound Potatoes -- Sliced And Cooked
* 5 Ounces Bacon -- Chopped
* 7 Ounces Cream
* Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
* Nutmeg -- To Taste
* 3 Ounces Sbrinz Cheese Or Swiss Cheese -- Grated
* 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
* 2 Tablespoons Butter
Recipe
Saute bacon until crisp. Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in macaroni and potatoes. Layer into a baking dish, Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile saute onion in butter until golden. Serve sprinkle with the onion.
