3/4 C. butter
3/4 C. shredded coconut
1 T. powdered cocoa (unsweetened)
2/3 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 C. corn flakes, crushed
1 1/4 C. self-rising flour
Melted sweetened or semi-sweet dark chocolateRecipe
In a medium-size saucepan, melt the butter over a low heat. Stir in the coconut, cocoa, sugar and cornflakes. Stir in the flour, then spread the mixture over a buttered, sprayed or greased 8 inch square baking dish or pan. Place in a preheated 350º oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool until just warm, then cut into squares or triangles. When totally cool, drizzle melted chocolate over all.
