3/4 C. butter
3/4 C. shredded coconut
1 T. powdered cocoa (unsweetened)
2/3 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 C. corn flakes, crushed
1 1/4 C. self-rising flour
Melted sweetened or semi-sweet dark chocolateRecipe
In a medium-size saucepan, melt the butter over a low heat. Stir in the coconut, cocoa, sugar and cornflakes. Stir in the flour, then spread the mixture over a buttered, sprayed or greased 8 inch square baking dish or pan. Place in a preheated 350� oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool until just warm, then cut into squares or triangles. When totally cool, drizzle melted chocolate over all.
