    CHARCOAL BROILED LAMB CHOPS
    Yields: 4 servings

    List of Ingredients




    8 lamb chops
    to taste salt and pepper
    1/4 C vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lemon, juice of
    1/2 tsp oregano

    Recipe



    Prepare charcoal for grilling.
    Salt and pepper lamb chops. Mix remaining ingredients and brush chops with some of this mixture, reserving half for basting.
    When coals have turned white, place chops on grill. cook to desired doneness on each side, basting often.
    Remove to warm platter and serve.
