Bananas with Cinnamon Coconut Sauce

4 large Bananas
1 tbsp Plain Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 teasp Ground Cinnamon
420ml/14fl.oz. Coconut MilkRecipe
1. Remove the ends from the bananas and steam for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, place the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan, add the coconut milk and bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring.
3. Reduce the heat and continue to simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
4. To serve – remove the bananas from the steamer and remove the skins (using tongs and a knife). Transfer to serving plates, pour the hot sauce over the bananas and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
