    Serves 4

    6 hard boiled eggs

    2 large onions, grated

    1/2 cup tomato puree

    1 tsp coriander (cilantro) leaf, chopped

    1/2 tsp salt

    2 tbsp whole coriander

    2 tbsp whole cumin seed

    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

    1/4 tsp dry ginger

    4-6 red chilies

    3/4 tsp cinnamon powder

    4-6 big cardamoms

    1 tsp turmeric

    4-6 whole cloves

    Recipe



    Make a paste of the above spices in a blender. Fry the grated onions with salt until golden brown. Mix the spices with the onions and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. When the spices are cooked well, add in the tomato puree. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Finally, add in the eggs and cook until the gravy is thick. When it is ready to serve, garnish with cilantro.
