List of Ingredients
1 TBL Soy sauce
4 TBL Tamarind juice
1 TSP Garlic, chopped
2 TBL Vinegar
8 OZ Turkey, cut into thin strips
8 OZ Beef top sirloin, seasoned, grilled and cut into thin strips
Olive oil for saut�ing
1 TSP Chili paste
3 TBL Water
1/2 LB Raw oriental style pasta
1 STALK Celery, julienne cut
1 Medium carrot, peeled and julienne cut
1/2 C Mushrooms, sliced
2 TBL Toasted almonds, optional
2 TBL Raisins, optional
Recipe
1. In a small bowl combine the ginger, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, chili paste and water. Set this mixture aside.
2. Cook pasta according to the directions -- done but firm.
3. Grill the beef and cut into thin strips.
4. Add the turkey strips and cooked noodles and toss throughly.
5. Finish by adding the julienne of vegetables and the mixture of ginger, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, chili paste, tamarind juice and water.
6. Continue tossing the mixture in the frying pan until the vegetables are heated through.
7. Garnish with toasted almonds and raisins, then serve.
Serves 6.
