    List of Ingredients




    * ¼ of a white onion cut into thin slices
    * ¼ of a red onion cut into thin slices
    * 1 green pepper cut into thin slices
    * 1 red pepper cut into thin slices
    * ½ teaspoon oregano
    * Salt & pepper to taste
    * 2 chicken breasts
    * 3 tablespoons olive oil
    * Feta cheese
    * Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    * Filo Paste
    * Olive oil for brushing

    In a frying pan pour the 3 tablespoons of olive oil and add the green and red peppers. Fry for a couple of minutes, add the onions and fry until the onion is tender. Add the chicken breasts and cook until almost well done. Add the oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Finish cooking the chicken.

    Prepare the Filo paste according to the instructions in the package. Spread a few sheets of Filo paste and brush with olive oil lightly. Put the cooked chicken & vegetables on top of the Filo paste; add feta and mozzarella cheeses to taste. Wrap the chicken with the Filo paste starting by the sides and then folding towards the front. Place this first wrap on top of a few more Filo sheets and repeat the procedure. Place in a non-stick pan previously brushed with oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Enjoy!
