List of Ingredients
1/2 pound sliced chicken breasts
4-5 oz chicken stock
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 oz oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Prik Pow Sauce (chili sauce)
1/2 tsp dinely chopped garlic
pineapple chunks
cashews
onions
scallions
carrots
mushrooms
bell peppers Recipe
Warm cooking oil. Add garlic and stir over low heat. Don't over cook the garlic. Add the sliced chicken. Add chicken stock. Adjust heat to high and let chicken cook until about 70% done. Add all vegetables (except scallions and cashews). Add the two sauces and sugar. Stir everything together. When fully cooked, add scallions and cashews.
