    1 T. salt
    1/2 cup Lemon juice
    1 cup grated fresh coconut
    2 to 3 pounds whole chicken fryer
    6 small hot peppers (optional or less)

    Recipe



    Cut chicken in half and sprinkle with salt.
    Place in a broiler pan or do over charcoal.
    Broil for 20 minutes as the chicken should
    be thoroughly cooked.
    Turn over and broil until done but still juicy.
    De-bone and chop.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Chill at least one hour.
    Serve with tortillas or crackers.
