List of Ingredients
# 1 lb. chicken breast (minced)
# 4 oz. water chestnuts (minced)
# 2 tbsp. soy sauce
# 1 tbsp. sherry
# ½ tsp. salt
# 1 tsp. granulated sugar
# ½ tsp. ginger root (minced)
# ½ tsp. garlic cloves (minced)
# 3 tbsp. cornstarch
# 2 tbsp. red-bell peppers (minced)
# 2 tbsp. green onion (minced)
# 1 tbsp. cilantro (minced)
# 3 extra-large eggs

2. Mince or grind chicken.
3. Add all ingredients to the mixture and stir-in well.
4. Heat oil to 350 to 360 degrees, and spoon approximately ½ tbsp. At a time into the fat. Fry until medium brown. Remove and reserve on absorbent paper.
This product may be kept warm in an oven at 200 degrees for service.
Yield: Makes approximately 40 ½ oz. appetizer portions.
Dipping Sauce
# 1, 21 oz. bottle of Soy Vey brand teriyaki sauce
# 1 oz. chili garlic sauce
# 1 oz. oriental sweet and hot mustard
