    Meatballs
    1 pound ground beef

    1/2 pound pork sausage

    3/4 cup bread crumbs

    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 egg -- beaten

    1/2 cup cold water

    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt

    Sauce
    3 Tablespoons drippings from meatballs
    3 Tablespoons flour
    1 package onion soup mix
    2 1/2 cups water

    1/2 cup evaporated milk

    1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    pepper

    Recipe



    Meatballs: Mix and shape into small meatballs. Brown meatballs in large skillet. Then remove and prepare sauce in skillet.

    Sauce: Blend drippings and flour in skillet. Add water and stir. Add remaining ingredients. Return meatballs to sauce. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
