Duck and Shitake Spring Rolls

List of Ingredients
2 C Duck roast (shredded)
2 C Fresh shitakes (sautéed)
¼ C Chopped fresh mint
¼ C Chopped fresh cilantro
1 pkg. Rice eggroll wrappers rehydrated
1 Whole eggRecipe
1. Mix duck, shitakes, mint and cilantro.
2. Hydrate 1 wrapper set on dry towel brush ½ wrapper with egg. Place 2 Tbsp of mix in center of wrap, fold sided in a rollup, sauté in sesame oil.
3. Approximately 3 minutes per side.
