    (Sauteed spinach with pine nuts and golden raisins)


    Serves 8.

    List of Ingredients




    4 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
    2 pounds fresh spinach, stemmed, rinsed, and dried
    Coarse sea salt, to taste
    ¼ cup pine nuts
    1/3 cup golden raisins

    Recipe



    1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat for 5 seconds. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.

    2. Add the spinach and sea salt. Using tongs, keep turning the spinach over to coat it with oil. After 1 minute, add the nuts and raisins. Stir until the spinach wilts. Transfer to a platter to serve.
