    Devon Cornbeef (2 cans)
    1 sweet pepper
    1 onion
    black pepper (optional)
    salt (optional)
    4 cup of rice
    1 tsp oil
    8 cups water
    tomato paste

    Recipe



    Bring water to boil, adding salt and oil or butter.
    Add rice and leave stove on high till water evaporates.
    Fry onion and sweet pepper in hot oil and tomato paste with black pepper.
    Add cornbeef. Set stove on low so cornbeef doesn't burn. Set stove for rice on medium, leave for 10 mins.
    Then, set stove for rice on low, leave for 5 mins and serve

    Serves 4.
