List of Ingredients
8 oz Crab meat
4 teaspoons oil
1 shredded Onion
5 eggs
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tb water
5 tb Chicken stock
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ketcup
1 teaspoon cornstarchRecipe
Shred crab meat. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan and fry
onion for 2 minute. Beat eggs, add onion, 1/4 teaspoons salt,
2tb water and crab. Heat another tablespoon oil in the pan,
add chicken stock, salt, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup and cornstarch.
Mix all well, bring to the boil and keep hot while makeing omelette.
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in omeleete pan, stir in egg mixture, cooked.
