    8 oz chicken breast
    1 egg
    1 tsp cornstarch
    3 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp chopped green onion
    1 ½ tsp sugar1 tsp chili sauce
    1 tsp ground red chili
    2 ounce vegetable oil
    3 pinches of ground garlic
    3 pinches of ground ginger
    2 pinches of white pepper powder
    1/3 tsp chicken flavored broth
    1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
    2 tsp cooking wine
    3 ½ tsp white vinegar
    3 ounce snow peas

    Recipe



    1. Slice chicken breast into medium sized pieces
    2. Beat egg and corn starch until well blended
    3. Add Sliced chicken to mixture
    4. Heat the wok to about 130 degrees
    5. Swirl the vegetable oil in the wok
    6. Put the sliced chicken breast with egg and cornstarch in the wok
    7. Stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes
    8. Cook chicken until brown. Remove chicken from heat
    9. Drain the oil from the wok
    10. Put chicken broth and powder, chili sauce, ground chili, soy sauce, garlic, white pepper powder, sugar, green onion, wine, vinegar into wok
    11. Mix for 2 or 3 sec and then add the chicken to the mixture
    12. Put snow peas in another pot. Boil snow peas in hot water for two minutes.
    13. Put the snow peas on the bottom of the plate for decoration
    14. Put the chicken on top of snow peas
