    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    2 tbs apple cider vinegar
    2 tbs Dijon mustard
    2 tbs fresh dill
    1 tbs sugar
    2 small serrano chilies
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp celery seeds
    8 cups shredded cabbage
    2 cups shredded carrots
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Whisk the mayonnaise, olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, mustard, dill, sugar, chilies, garlic and celery seeds in bowl to blend. Put the cabbage and carrots in large bowl and toss with dressing to coat. Serve cold or at room temperature.

    Serves 6.
