List of Ingredients
Sauce:
3 cups chicken stock
½ tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup sake
Combine ingredients and stir thoroughly.
6 ounce prepared “fresh frozen” Chow Mein noodles
3 each baby corn
1 ½ oz cubed eggplant
2 oz sliced mushrooms
1 oz shredded carrots
2 oz Bok Choy
3 oz cooked shrimp
3 oz cooked shredded chicken

To build: In a hot sauté pan, combine all ingredients in oil – heat through, add sauce and heat through.
