List of Ingredients
8OZ CRAB MEAT
½ BOILED POTATO GRATED
1EGG
1TBSP CORRIANDER/CUMIN PWD
1TSP BLACK PEPPER
1TSP CHOPPED GINGER
1TBSP CHOPPED ONION
1TBSP CHOPPED CILANTRO
1TSP CHOPPED CHILLIES/JALAPINOES
½ CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
½ CHOPPED RED PEPPER
1TSP AJWAIN PWD
1TBSP CORNSTARCH
SALT TO TASTE
Recipe
1. Rinse away excess water from the crab meat
2. Mix all the ingredients together with the crabmeat.
3. Shape it in a desired way or in the shape of a small cake.
4. Sauté it in a frying pan for few sec on both sides to get a golden brown colour
5. Place the crab tikki on a sheet pan with a foil or parchment paper below
6. Bake at 350 f for about 10 min till cooked
7. Serve hot with mango dip.
