    Serves 8.

    List of Ingredients




    • 2 apples, pared and diced
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
    • 1/2 cup golden raisins
    • 2/3 cup honey
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    • Salt, to taste
    • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
    • 2 cans (15 oz. each) white beans, drained

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Add enough water just to cover. Bake at 300°F about 1 1/2 hours, adding more water if needed.
