    List of Ingredients




    10 cups shredded cabbage
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped green onions (escallions)
    1 Tablespoon thime
    1/2 Tablespoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 pound of butter (2 oz.)
    1 Tablespoon oil

    Recipe



    In a sautee pan add oil and put on low heat. Add cabbage, carrots, tomato. Stir and then add onions, spices, butter. Stir then cover and cook at low heat for 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is fully cooked and soft. Stir often while cooking.
