List of Ingredients
3 Tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped chili (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
8 shrimp
8 scallops
8 mussels
1 cup squid
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup canned bamboo shoots
1/2 cup fresh string beans
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon black soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
15 to 20 fresh basil leavesRecipe
Heat oil in pan until hot. Add chili and garlic and stir fry until golden brown. Stir fry seafood, about 2 minutes, then add all the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes. Add light soy sauce, black soy sauce and sugar and stir twice. Add fresh basil and stir twice before serving. Serve with rice. Yield: 2 servings.
