Judy's fried rice

# 2 cups rice (white or brown)
# 4 or 5 eggs
# 2 tsp. of olive oil
# 1 lb of Chinese BBQ pork
# 2 cups of frozen veggies (any combination of carrots, peas, corn or soybeans)
# soy sauce and ground pepper to tasteRecipe
Cook rice according to package instructions. Cook frozen veggies according instructions for boiling. In a wok, heat up oil and make scrambled eggs. Leave eggs in wok, toss in rice, BBQ pork with juice, and the veggies, stir to mix. Season with a tablespoon of soy sauce (more or less to taste), add some ground back pepper and you're done!
