List of Ingredients
1 tender chicken
1 tbs English ketchup
10 cloves garlic pickles
1 lime
2 cm ginger
½ tsp corn flour
4 red chillies
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
¼ tsp MSG
240 ml chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Clean chicken, then smear with English ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Let it stay for 10 minutes to soak, then fry till well-done, remove and put aside.
2. Cut up ginger finely, slice red chillies thinly, fry till fragrant, put in garlic pickles. While stirring put in the fried chicken, sir it and let it stay for a moment. Add lime juice, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate (msg), salt and pepper to taste. Stir again, add chicken broth, cook until boiling on low heat.
3. Finally, thicken with corn flour mixed with little water, stir well and let it stay for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove.
