Molly Wo made this pudding at home for her sons before opening Yummy Guide cafe in Oakland's Chinatown.
List of Ingredients
12 ounces water
2 ounces nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon plain unflavored gelatin
Pinch of salt
1 mango, peeled and cut into very small cubes
12 ounces whole milk Recipe
Mango PuddingCombine the water, dry milk, sugar, gelatin and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove pot from heat and stir in the mango and whole milk.
Pour into bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Yields 4 cups
