    List of Ingredients




    # 1/2 pound ground chuck
    # 1/2 pound ground lamb
    # 1tablespoon ground cumin
    # 1tablespoon ground coriander
    # 1tablespoon ground paprika
    # 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    # 1/2 cup chopped red onions
    # 1 egg
    # 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    # salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    For assembly:
    Chopped lettuce
    Sliced onions
    Sliced tomatoes
    Picked cilantro leaves
    Prepared yogurt sauce (grocery store)
    Mini pita pockets (grocery store)

    Mix all ingredients together and form into approximately 2 oz patties and sauté in a medium size pan or grill until desired temperature.

    Cut pita pockets and place the kef
