List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
4 cup matzah farfel
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Recipe
Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in oil 10-15 minutes. Cover the matzah farfel with water. Soak for a few minutes and drain well. Mix the farfel, sauteed vegetables, salt and eggs. Bake in a well greased 8 inch baking dish, covered, at 350° F for 30 minutes.
