    Step One:

    Take one cup of skinless peanuts and brown them in a wok. Use about a half a cup of vegetable oil. Set peanuts aside.

    Step Two:

    Here are the ingredients you will need:
    # 3 skinless chicken breasts diced into bite size pieces
    # 1 diced red pepper
    # 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    # 1 teaspoon sugar
    # 21/2 teaspoon corn starch
    # 1 teaspoon salt
    # 3 teaspoons chili paste
    # 3 1/2 teaspoons Hoisin Sauce
    # 2 tablespoons sherry
    # 2 teaspoons water
    # 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    # 4 teaspoons chopped garlic
    # 3 teaspoons ginger root grated
    # 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
    # 5 green onions chopped into pieces

    In a bowl mix the chicken cubes 1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch all of the salt and pepper. Set to the side.

    In another bowl mix 1 teaspoon corn starch, the sesame oil the sugar, wine and water.

    Okay now get the wok nice and hot. Carefully add the vegetable oil. Add ginger and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Now add chicken. Cook for approximately 7 to ten minutes until chicken appears at least lightly cooked.

    Now add the chili paste and hoisin sauce and cook for 1 minute. add red pepper cook for two minutes. Now add corn starch mixture and peanuts. Cook for another minute or two. Sprinkle with green onions just before serving with rice.
