    List of Ingredients




    Ground Chuck
    Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
    Lettuce
    Cheese
    Black Olives
    Onions
    Wine Vinegar
    Corn Tortillas

    Recipe



    Brown ground chuck. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. (Drain excess fat).

    Add wine vinegar in bowl to onions. Warm Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce in pan on stove (you may add chili sauce, chili powder, or hot sauce if you want a hotter spicier taste).

    Heat oil in pan, lighly fry corn tortillas approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side.

    Place on paper towel to absorb oil. Dip tortillas in sauce, add a scoop of meat and cheese.

    Continue doing this, stacking them on top of each other like a stack of pancakes (3 or 4 high).

    Top with lettuce, olives and onions and vinegar.
