5 oz dry noodles, cooked just until tender
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 can 6 oz tomato paste
1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
1 cup canned corn, drained
1 tsp salt
Garlic salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, gratedRecipe
Cook and drain noodles, then set aside. Brown meat with onion and green
pepper in skillet. Mix in tomato paste, then add olives, corn,
seasonings, noodles and half of the cheese. Pour into a 2 quart
casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
