2 tablespoons packaged red curry mix
8 small, peeled potatoes or 4 large, halved potatoesRecipe
# Brown chicken in oil.
# Add all other ingredients, stir, cover and simmer on a low heat until potatoes are cooked (about 20 minutes).
# Season and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
