    List of Ingredients




    500 ml broccoli florets 2 cup
    1 red onion, sliced 1
    2 red peppers, chopped 2
    500 ml fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced 2 cup
    30 ml ginger, minced 2 tbsp
    2 packages egg noodles, cooked 2
    40 ml canola oil 3 tbsp
    - SAUCE -
    30 ml white sugar 2 tbsp
    50 ml oyster sauce 1/4 cup
    50 ml kecap manis sauce 1/4 cup
    50 ml soy sauce 1/4 cup
    250 ml chicken stock 1 cup
    40 ml chili bean sauce 3 tbsp

    Recipe



    Heat wok on high heat until the wok slightly smokes. Add oil; wait 5
    seconds.
    Add ginger and stir fry for 10 seconds. Add all vegetables and stir
    fry until tender.

    Add sauce tossing to coat. Add noodles; toss to coat. Heat for 30
    seconds or until noodles are hot.

    Serves 4
