Canyon Grille
List of Ingredients
1 cup � oil
1/2 cup � tequila
1 � lime, juiced
1 � lemon, juiced
1 � orange, juiced
1 � garlic clove, chopped
1 � shallot, chopped
1 sprig � cilantro, chopped
1/2 tablespoon � kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon � freshly ground pepper
Recipe
Step 1 � Mix all ingredients into medium mixing bowl, add scallops. Can sit for 1 hour and up to 1 day.
Step 2 � Remove scallops from marinade and grill. Helpful hint: Grilling scallops is easier if you skewer them. Metal skewer recommended but if you use wood make sure that you soak them in water.
