    1/3 cup butter

    1 small onion, chopped

    3 tablespoons flour

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    1 can (12 fl. oz.) CARNATION Evaporated Milk

    1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded

    2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

    1 cup instant rice

    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    1/2 teaspoon oregano

    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained

    2 cans (6 oz. each) water-packed tuna, drained

    Recipe



    MELT butter in medium saucepan. Add onion, cook 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes just to a boil. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheeses until melted.

    COMBINE instant rice, chopped parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and whole tomatoes in 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Top with tuna. Spread cheese sauce over tuna. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
