    List of Ingredients

    1 cup of mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup of grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb of lump crabmeat (can be bought fresh or canned)

    Recipe

Well, with Memorial Day here a few things come to mind. Not only do I think of BBQ's and good food but it is also the start of the summer season. With that there is of a lot that comes with the summertime, friends, family, the beach, and good times. So I thought why not try and come up with a recipe that includes all of that. It is a starter dish that can be shared with friends and family at any function as it is easy to make and includes one of my favorite types of seafood, crabmeat. So at your next BBQ enjoy this appetizer as the rest of the good stuff is grilling.
    DIRECTIONS:
Combine mayonnaise, 3/4 cup of the grated cheese, Old Bay Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard.
    Carefully fold in the crabmeat.
Spoon mixture into a 1 quart casserole dish.
Top it all with the remaining Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble around the edges.

Served with your choice favorite of either bread, crackers, pita chips...
I prefer tortilla chips or Wheat Thins.
(it takes about 15 minutes to cook and about the same or less to prepare)

    ENJOY!!
