    Salmon
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (Condensed)
    Fresh Green Peas (cooked)

    Recipe



    Using Salmon which has been cooked (baked or poached)-when the cooked Salmon has cooled break up meat removing all skin and bones-now warm Cream of Mushroom Soup (do not add liquid), add some fresh cooked green peas or frozen green peas (canned green peas would be last choice). Bring up heat and add flaked Salmon to the soup mixture-be sure to keep stirring to prevent burning. Heat until the Salmon is hot and serve over toast.
