    # 1 stick minced celery
    # 1 Tbsp. minced onion
    # 1 egg
    # 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    # 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    # 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    # 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    # Dash white pepper
    # 1 lb. crabmeat
    # 1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Recipe



    1. Combine celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning and white pepper. Stir in crabmeat.

    2. Mix in up to 1/2 cup of bread crumbs dependent on mixture and texture.



    Notes: Pick fresh crabmeat as first choice, pasteurized next, and frozen as third choice.
