    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and de-veined
    1 Tbsp. corn starch
    1 tsp. salt
    Cooking oil

    A: 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. minced ginger

    B: 4 Tbsp. chick broth
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar

    C: 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced ginger

    D: 2 tsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar

    Recipe



    Marinate shrimp with salt for about 5 minutes, rinse and mix with corn starch.

    Pour about 1/2 cup of cooking oil into a pan and heat until very hot, put shrimp in and stir fry for about 2 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, ladle shrimp from pan and leave about 1 Tbsp. of oil in it. Add "A" and cook for about 1 minute, add "B" and half of the shrimp until all the shrimp is well coated with the sauce. Put the shrimp on one side of the plate.

    Use a clean pan and put 1 Tbsp. of oil at high heat, add "C" and cook for 1 minute, add "D" and the rest of the shrimp, cook until the shrimp is coated with the sauce (about 1 to 2 minutes), put it on the other side of the plate.
