4-7 ounce Fresh grouper filets
4 ounces White lump crabmeat crumbled
4 ounces Alligator sausage sliced
1 Bell pepper sliced
1 Jalapeno pepper sliced
2 Garlic cloves chopped
� Spanish onion diced
2 ounce Shiitake mushrooms sliced
1 Scallion diced
2 ounces ButterRecipe
Saute all ingredients other then grouper in half the butter for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Use blackening seasoning to taste. In separate pan saut� fish in other half of butter for about 3 minutes each side over medium heat. Use fresh fish seasoning to taste. Plate fish, top with crab and sausage mixture and top with b�arnaise sauce and garnish with fresh steamed asparagus.
