    (4 servings):
    4 8-oz. salmon filets
    huli huli marinade (used in glaze, see recipe below)
    8 oz. huli huli glaze (see recipe below)
    4 tsp. oil for grill

    Huli Huli Marinade:
    ¾ cups tamari sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. garlic
    ½ cup sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbl. green onions
    ½ Tbl. cilantro
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/3 cup frozen pineapple concentrate

    Huli Huli Glaze:
    ¼ cup huli huli marinade
    ¼ cup ketchup
    ¼ cup honey

    Recipe



    (please note that the best results require an overnight marinade process):
    1. Prepare the marinade by combining all ingredients listed above under “marinade” and mixing well.
    2. Prepare the glaze by combining the ingredients listed above under “glaze” and mixing well.
    3. Place the salmon filets in the marinade and allow to sit refrigerated – overnight if possible.
    4. Place the marinated salmon filets on an oiled grill and cook both sides till done.
    5. Recommended serving: with green beans and your choice of rice or potato.
