7 oz. Manila Clams
2 oz. Chopped Clams
8 oz. Linguini Noodles
2 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 oz. olive oil
1/2 oz. Garlic
1/2 oz. Parlsey
squeeze of fresh lemon
2 oz. Butter
2 oz. white wine
1 oz. tomato bitsRecipe
Head oil in large sautee pan, add garlic, mushrooms, both types of clams, butter, lemon, and noodles. Deglaze with white wine. Cover, sautee pan until clams open. Garnish with tomato bits and parsley.
Serves 2.
